1. Agreement to Terms By using the photography services provided by Rob Wallace / Reel Negative Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the photography services.
2. Ownership of Rights All photographs displayed on websites including RobxWallace.com, ReelNegative.com, Etsy.com, Instagram.com, Facebook.com, Twitter.com, and elsewhere online are owned exclusively by "Rob Wallace and ReelNegative, Inc." downloading these photos online or even being sent them directly from me (Rob Wallace) does not grant the rights to reproduce these photographs and gives no authority to grant any licenses or permissions to others.
3. Prohibited Uses You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any photographs found on the aforementioned websites without the express written consent of "Rob Wallace and ReelNegative, Inc." PLEASE NOTE: Posting to social media or your website is permitted as long as you credit "Rob Wallace" or "@robxwallace" and you link to my social media account (instagram.com/robxwallace) or to my website (RobxWallace.com)
4. Printing Prohibited, reproducing, or copying any photographs found on the aforementioned websites is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge that you have no ownership interest in the photographs and that you may not reproduce or use them for any purpose without the express written consent of "Rob Wallace and ReelNegative, Inc."
5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold the Photographer harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with your use of any photographs found on the aforementioned websites.
6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
7. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Photographer regarding the use of the photographs and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
8. Modification and Waiver The Photographer may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the modified terms on their website. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

By using the photography services provided by the Photographer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
